Are your items authentic?

Yes. Every item sold by LabelFetch is 100% authentic. Each piece is reviewed using industry-recognized authentication standards prior to listing.

Are you affiliated with the brands you sell?

No. LabelFetch is an independent luxury retailer. Brand names are used solely for identification purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands unless explicitly stated.

Where do you source your items from?

We source brand-new, unused luxury items through overruns, samples, excess inventory, showroom pieces, and authorized secondary distribution channels.

Are your items new or pre-owned?

All items sold by LabelFetch are new, unused, and unworn. We do not sell pre-owned or resale items.

Why are your prices lower than retail?

Our pricing reflects our sourcing model, not quality. Because items are acquired outside traditional retail channels, we’re able to offer authentic luxury at reduced prices.

CONDITION & PACKAGING

Will my item include original tags and packaging?

Not always. Some items may ship without original retail tags, boxes, or dust bags due to how they were sourced. This does not affect authenticity or condition.

Are minor marks or variations considered defects?

No. Subtle variations or handling marks may occur with showroom or sample items and are considered normal. These do not impact wearability or authenticity.

ORDERS, RETURNS & FINAL SALE

Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. We encourage reviewing all product details carefully before purchasing.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only in the event of:

• A verified authenticity issue

• A fulfillment error

• Shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery

What is your authenticity dispute process?

Any authenticity concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by written documentation from a qualified, independent professional authenticator. Items must remain unused and unaltered.

AUTHENTICATION CONFIDENCE

What if a brand boutique or third party says something different?

Designer brands frequently change materials, hardware, and manufacturing details. Third-party opinions—such as boutique associates or online platforms—do not automatically override our authentication process.

Do you guarantee authenticity?

Yes. LabelFetch guarantees the authenticity of every item sold, subject to our documented dispute process.
