By completing a purchase with LabelFetch, LLC (“LabelFetch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Sale and the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Returns & Final Sale

All sales are final except as expressly stated. Returns are accepted only if:

• Requested within 10 days of delivery
• Item returned unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Noncompliant returns will be refused.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by LabelFetch are guaranteed authentic. Authentication determinations — including those from third-party services selected by LabelFetch — are final and binding for dispute resolution purposes.

Retail employee opinions, photos, size discrepancies, or personal comparisons do not constitute valid authentication evidence.

Condition Disclosure

Items are new and unused. Absence of retail packaging or tags does not indicate prior use. Minor handling marks from showroom display or storage do not constitute defects.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of service and recovery of associated fees.
