Returns

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Return request submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery
• Item returned unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
• No signs of wear, damage, odor, laundering, or alteration

Returns that do not strictly meet these conditions will be refused.

Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by LabelFetch, LLC are guaranteed authentic. We work exclusively with trusted sources and use industry-recognized authentication standards. Items are accurately represented at the time of sale.

If an authenticity concern arises, LabelFetch may engage an independent third-party authentication service. The findings of LabelFetch’s chosen authenticator are considered final and binding for dispute resolution purposes.

Authenticity Disputes

Authenticity claims must:

• Be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery
• Include written documentation from a recognized professional authenticator
• Be reviewed and approved by LabelFetch

Verbal opinions, retail employee statements, photos, personal comparisons, or unsupported claims are not valid evidence.

Authentication is based on construction, materials, labels, stitching, hardware, and brand manufacturing identifiers — not garment size or consumer interpretation.

If LabelFetch obtains third-party authentication confirming authenticity, no refund or partial refund will be issued on the basis of authenticity.

Chargebacks

Payment disputes do not override our policies. LabelFetch reserves the right to submit all documentation, including authentication records, listings, correspondence, and store policies. Fraudulent or bad-faith claims may result in permanent refusal of service.
